Numerous criteria and guidelines provide companies and institutions with an initial point of reference on the way to designing sustainable processes. But how can the transformation to a sustainable company/institution be achieved? What are the steps that my company goes through on the way to sustainable production? And how do I shape sustainability holistically in my working environment?
The Sustainable Transformation Manager certificate course prepares you for your role as a sustainable transformation manager. You will learn to identify areas that are relevant on the way to becoming a sustainable company, develop integrated sustainability strategies and implement them. In doing so, you will adopt different perspectives, recognize interrelationships in complex systems and navigate your company/division safely/proactively through upcoming transformations. After completing the certificate course, you will shape the sustainability management of your company/institution in a strategic and future-oriented manner.

To participate in the Diploma of Advanced Studies, you need a first university degree or proof of the required professional aptitude. If you are seeking credit towards the MBA, the admission requirements must be met. Successful participation in the examinations is also required. Of course, you can also take part in our continuing education courses without examinations and without acquiring ECTS points. If you decide to participate without an examination, you will receive a qualified certificate of participation at the end of the certificate program.
