Description

Most companies consider the development and design of a product over its lifecycle separately. However, ever shorter product life cycles in connection with new social issues are increasingly presenting companies with challenges. A holistic understanding and effective management of innovations are central to creating and expanding strategic competitive advantages in companies.

With a focus on innovation and digital business management, applied artificial intelligence as well as intra- and entrepreneurship skills, we optimally prepare you for the activities and requirements of an innovation manager in our certificate course. You will get to know new technologies, tools and data-driven business models and evaluate them in the context of your individual practice with regards to their applicability. In the field of innovation management, you will take both strategic and operational perspectives with the aim of understanding complex relationships and dynamics in the market, society and industry. In the intra- and entrepreneurship focus, you will learn to reflect on the potential and effects of entrepreneurial decisions and how to deal with situations of real uncertainty

  • Access requirement:

    If you aspire your certificate to be credited to the MBA Sustainable Business Development, admission requirements must be met as well as successful participation in the exams. However, taking part in our further training courses without exams and without earning ECTS points is also a possibilty.

Innovation Manager – from the content:

  • Digital Business and Applied Artificial Intelligence (AI) - know, understand and evaluate data-driven, digital business models, innovation and technologies with regard to opportunities, risks and feasibility in your own company context
  • Innovation Management – ​​Mastering tools for product/service development and initiating, organizing and promoting innovation processes at a strategic and operational level
  • Intra-/Entrepreneurship Competence – Recognizing the potential and effects of intra- and entrepreneurship competencies and applying them in situations of real uncertainty and change

At the end of the nine-day seminar (3 thematic blocks of 3 days each, including certificate) you will be able to assess the potential of digital technologies in relation to your business context and master the methods and tools for the effective introduction of these.
